After your online purchase, you'll receive an order confirmation email from us. Just print and present this together with your valid ID and RWM Membership Card at the RWM Redemption Store or to the courier guy if you requested to deliver your product right at your door step.

Q: Should I be an RWM member before I can purchase items in RWM Deals? 
A: Yes. You should be an RWM member before you can make purchase online.
 

Q: How do I become an RWM member?
A: RWM membership is open for individuals at least 21 years old. Click here to sign-up now!
 

Q: Can all RWM Members purchase in RWM Deals?
A: Yes. Just visit www.rwmexclusives.com/RWMDeals and click ‘Sign-in’, enter your 10-digit RWM Membership ID number and your 6-digit PIN then you can start shopping online.
 

Q: How will I have an account in the RWM Deals?
A: Technically, you don’t need to create an account online as we already set it up for you. All you have to do is to visit www.rwmexclusives.com/RWMDeals and click ‘Sign-in’, enter your 10-digit RWM Membership ID number and your 6-digit PIN then you can start shopping online.
 

Q: Where can I find my membership card number on my card?
A: Your 10-digit Membership Card Number is located at the lower left corner of your card.
 



Q: Where do I get my PIN?
A: Whether you sign-up at RWM or online, you will automatically receive a welcome SMS together with your default 6-digit PIN and membership ID number.
 



Q: Can I create multiple accounts under my card number?
A: No. A member can only have one (1) membership card and one (1) account access online
 

Q: I forgotten my membership PIN, how can I request for a new one?
A: On the ‘Sign-in’ page, simple click ‘Forgot PIN’ and enter your 10-digit Membership ID number. After this, take note of your Verification Code that will be sent to your mobile number. Use this code to change your PIN online.

Q: How do I purchase items in RWM Deals?
A: It’s simple, follow these easy steps to purchase the item you want after you sign-in at www.rwmexclusives.com/RWMDeals:
 

  1. Choose your product and check product information
  2. Select your preferred delivery option
  3. Confirm your shopping cart
  4. Provide your billing/shipping details
  5. Select your preferred mode of payment
  6. Place your order
  7. Receive order confirmation
  8. Pick up your item at RWM Redemption Store or wait for your item to be delivered
     

Q: Where can I view the details of the item I’m interested to buy?
A: Upon selecting the product that you are interested to buy, simply click ‘Quick Overview’, ‘Terms and Conditions’ and ‘How to Redeem’ to check its details and other product information.
 

Q: Are the products on RWM Deals is also available in RWM Redemption Store?
A: No. Products featured in RWM Deals are different from the products offered in the RWM Redemption Store. RWM Deals items and offers are exclusive and limited-only items that can only be purchased online.
 

Q: Can I order multiple items?
A: Definitely. Choose any of your desired items and simply click ‘Add to Cart’. Once you’re done, review your shopping cart and confirm it by clicking ‘Confirm Shopping Cart’. Follow the next steps to complete your order placement.
 

Q: Is there a limit in purchasing deals?
A: Yes. Count of item that you can purchase is limited and is indicated on the deal details.
 

Q: Can I purchase item and have it delivered to my house?
A: Yes. We have variety of products that can be delivered right at your doorstep. Delivery of some of these products is taken care of our partner merchant – for free. However, there are products that are for ‘Pick-up’ only at the RWM Redemption Store due to exclusivity of these items.
 

Q: If the item is delivered by the merchant, is there a delivery fee?
A: No worries, delivery fee is complimentary courtesy of our partner merchant.
 

Q: I live in Batangas, do you deliver items outside Metro Manila?
A: Currently no. Our delivery service is limited within Metro Manila as of the moment.
 

Q: Can I change the delivery address after purchasing the product?
A: No. Once you have confirmed your shipping address, we cannot change this anymore.
 

Q: Can I ask for the name of the merchant and their contact details?
A: No, unless otherwise specified on the specific deal you are buying. Please note that we have confidentiality agreement with our merchants.
 

Q: How can I get in touch with the RWM Contact Center if I have any question about your deals?

Q: What are the different payment options?
A: You have an option to use your available Genting Points or pay using your credit card.
 

Q: Are Genting Points and credit card payment options are available for all deals?
A: Yes. You can choose either Genting Points or use your credit card to purchase your desired item.
 

Q: How will I know if I placed my order successfully?
A: After clicking ‘Place my Order’, you will be directed to a new page indicating that the transaction is successful. At the same time, you will receive an SMS and Order Confirmation on your email notifying about your successful transaction in RWM Deals.
 

Q: Can I partially pay using Genting Points and pay the remaining through credit card?
A: No. You can only choose one (1) payment option. If your Genting Points balance is not enough, we suggest completing your purchase using your credit card instead.
 

Q: Do you accept Cash On Delivery (COD) or check payment options?
A: No. Currently, our available payment options are Genting Points or credit card only.
 

Q: Is it safe to use my credit card for purchases in RWM Deals?
A: Definitely yes. Rest assured that we do not store your credit card details. We have partnered with PesoPay and your credit card information you provided is directly transmitted to them.
 

Q: Can I cancel a purchase I’ve made in RWM Deals?
A: Unfortunately, all confirmed transactions on RWM Deals are final.
 

Q: Are all deals inclusive of taxes and service charge?
A: Yes. All prices featured in RWM Deals are net.
 

Q: Can I use the senior citizen discount in purchasing deals?
A: No. Items featured in RWM Deals are all promotional offers hence; Senior Citizen discount shall not be applied.
 

Q: Does RWM have the right to cancel a transaction?
A: Yes. RWM reserves the right to cancel any transaction if there is reasonable basis to believe that the transaction was fraudulently or erroneously recorded without the need of prior notice.
 

Q: I purchased an item in RWM Deals, where is my proof of my purchase?
A: After your successful transaction in RWM Deals online, you will also receive an SMS and Order Confirmation on your email notifying about your successful transaction. Make sure you print your Order Confirmation email upon redemption.
 

Q: What are the redemption options in RWM Deals?
A: Depending on the item you want to purchase, we have a variety of items that can be delivered right at your doorstep. However, there are products that are for ‘Pick-up’ only at the RWM Redemption Store due to exclusivity of these items.
 

Q: When can I start redeeming the item I purchased?
A: You can start redeeming your item on the start date indicated on the deal.
 

Q: I purchased an item in RWM Deals, how do I redeem it?
A: After your online purchase, you'll receive an email confirmation from us. Just print and present this together with your valid ID and RWM Membership Card at RWM Redemption Store upon redemption. If you requested product delivery, simply present those requirements to the courier.
 

Q: What are the requirements I need to present upon redemption?
A: You just simply need to present the following to RWM Redemption Store if you are going to pick-up your item or to the courier if you requested your item to be delivered:
 

  1. Printed Order Confirmation Email
  2. RWM Membership Card
  3. Any valid government-issued ID

Q: What are the considered valid government-issued IDs?
A: You valid ID must not be expired and may be the following but not limited to:
 

  1. Driver’s license
  2. Passport
  3. Social Security System card (SSS)
  4. Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) e-Card
  5. Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID
  6. Tax Identification Number (TIN)
  7. Police Clearance
  8. Philhealth Card


Q: Where is the RWM Redemption Store?
A: RWM Redemption store is located at the ground floor of Resorts World Manila gaming area. Look for the Table Games area, behind the escalator going to the 2nd floor Premier Gaming, you can easily locate the store.
 

Q: Can I ask somebody else to redeem the item I purchased?
A: Yes, we allow proxy redemption but please keep in mind to present the following requirements at the RWM Redemption Store if the item is for pick-up or to the courier if the item is for delivery:
 

  1. Print-out of the RWM order confirmation form
  2. Signed authorization letter from the RWM member
  3. Photocopy of the member’s RWM Membership Card
  4. Photocopy of any Government issued I.D of the RWM member.
  5. Any government-issued I.D with photo of the proxy

Q: Can I buy items in RWM Deals and give it as a gift?
A: Yes, we are glad that you would want share our items to your love ones. Just please remember to present the following requirements at the RWM Redemption Store if the item is for pick-up or to the courier if the item is for delivery:
 

  1. Print-out of the RWM order confirmation form
  2. Signed authorization letter from the RWM member
  3. Photocopy of the member’s RWM Membership Card
  4. Photocopy of any Government issued I.D of the RWM member.
  5. Any government-issued I.D with photo of the proxy

Q: Are there items that can be directly redeemed at your partner merchant?
A: Yes. You will know if the item you wish to purchase is directly redeemable at our partner merchant by clicking the ‘How To Redeem’ section of the deal.
 

Q: Can RWM Deals facilitate redemption to your partner merchant on my behalf?
A: No. For the security of your personal information, we encourage you to contact our partner merchant for items that can be directly redeemed to them, this may be but not limited to travel bookings, claiming of items or availing of service.
 

Q: Can I request for an early redemption or delivery of my purchased product?
A: No. For your convenience, redemption of your purchased item will start on the specified start date of claiming at the RWM Redemption Store. On the other hand, we are committed to a timely delivery of your item within 5-7 business days if your address is within Metro Manila.
 

Q: How can we track the delivery of the items?
A: Allow us to do this for you. Please call us at (63) 2 908-8888 and provide us with your purchase details and we will directly track the status of your purchased item.
 

Q: What will happen if I failed to redeem my item within the validity period?
A: We regret but your purchased item will be forfeited.
 

Q: On what circumstances RWM Deals do not allow refund or return?
A: Please keep in mind that any confirmed transaction in RWM Deals is deemed final and cannot be cancelled or replaced with a different item.
 

More specifically, we do not allow refund or return on the following scenarios:
 

  1. If defect concerns is not reported to us within 7 days upon receipt of your item
  2. If your transaction is already confirmed and paid
  3. If you will not be able to use the item you purchased
  4. If you changed your mind after making a purchase
  5. If you made a mistake in choosing an item
  6. If you accidentally purchased an item
  7. If you incorrectly choose redemption method, delivery method, quantity, colour, design, and size etc of the item you purchased
  8. If the claiming or redemption period already expired
  9. If you were not able to reserve within the allowed booking period for travel deals you purchased
  10. If you were not able to redeem due to health issues, accidents, emergencies and other personal reasons
  11. If you failed to review the product details published in ‘Quick Overview’, ‘Terms and Conditions’ and ‘How to Redeem’ of the item you purchased
  12. If the item is not within the warranty period, replaced with another item or the same item with different descriptions
  13. If the item’s defect is due to customer’s misuse, willful damage, unauthorized repair or tampering, wrong item or missing quantity claimed at our Redemption Store
     

Q: On what circumstances RWM Deals will allow refund or return?
A: RWM Deals may allow refund or return on the following scenarios subject to the result of our investigation:
 

  1. If the item you purchased is proven defective
  2. If our partner merchant can no longer provide the item you purchased
  3. If the item you purchased is not delivered or made available within the validity period
  4. If your item has missing parts or accessories
     

Q: Do all items have a 7-Day Replacement Policy?
A: Yes, unless otherwise stated on the deal.
 

Q: How do I request for a refund or return
A: Please notify or visit us immediately within 7 days upon receipt of your item so we assist your request immediately.
 

If you redeemed your item at RWM Redemption Store:
 

  1. Return must be made within 7 days upon receipt of the item
  2. Item must be returned at the RWM Redemption Store located at the GF Gaming Area, Resorts World Manila from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  3. Item must be in the same condition when you received it, and returned in the original packaging along with all the accessories and/or any free gifts.
  4. Events such as willful damage, misuse of products, unauthorized repair or tampering will prevent a product from being accepted for return.
     

If your item is delivered to your address:
Call us at (63)2 908-8888 or send an email at customercare@rwmanila.com with the subject line ‘RWM Deals Refund/Return Request’ and please provide the following information:
 

  1. Your name and RWM Membership ID number
  2. Invoice Number and Order Number found on your Order Confirmation Email
  3. Specific Item you purchased
  4. Reason of refund or return request
